Broadening experience through tailored placements
As part of the programme, fellows will undertake secondments lasting between 1 and 9 months at non-academic or international host institutions. These placements are carefully tailored to each fellow’s research and career goals, offering exposure to different sectors, environments, and perspectives. By working beyond their primary recruiting organisation, fellows gain valuable skills, build diverse professional networks, and enhance the real-world impact of their research.
